Drawing on her academic and art writing experience, Lara provides a number of writing related services on a freelance basis, including:

Writing workshops – for early career to established artists and students of fine art and design. Adaptable to groups of varying sizes, stages and learning levels, workshops provide strategies and tips for how to effectively communicate artworks and studio practice to a range of audiences – whether potential employers, editors, buyers, curators or art critics.

1:1 consultancy – as part of workshops or on a private basis, helping to develop writing skills and refine texts for a range of contexts (e.g. publication, marketing, funding applications, commissions, etc.).

Editing  everything from website copy to doctoral theses.

Talks – on a range of art world related topics within university, college, gallery and museum settings.
